Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any food or candy items.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cubiclecravingsco@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or damaged due to carrier issues, but we'll do our best to help resolve any problems.
